Workplace Shield™ Terms of Use
Participation guidelines for organizations enrolled in the Workplace Shield program

Important Notice
StopAiFraud.com is not a government agency, law enforcement body, or official certification authority. Workplace Shield is an independent, educational initiative designed to help organizations demonstrate their commitment to protecting employees from AI-powered fraud.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Workplace Shield program, your organization agrees to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll or use Workplace Shield materials.
Only authorized representatives (such as HR Directors, CISOs, Compliance Officers, or C-level executives) may enroll their organization.
2. Program Participation Tiers
Tier 1: Registered Participant
- Self-attested participation (no independent verification)
- Free access to Workplace Shield badge and educational materials
- Organization commits to employee awareness efforts
- Not independently audited by StopAiFraud.com
Tier 2: Verified Anti-Fraud Workplace (Coming Soon)
- Independent evaluation of security awareness program
- Verification of training documentation and employee education
- Annual review and re-certification required
Tier 3: Advanced Certified (Coming Soon)
- Comprehensive audit of incident response capabilities
- Review of fraud prevention controls and policies
- Public listing as a certified organization (optional)
3. Badge Use Guidelines
You MAY:
- Display the Workplace Shield badge on your website, internal materials, and job postings
- Use badge assets in email signatures, presentations, and training materials
- Reference your participation in marketing and recruitment materials
- Distribute alert templates and rollout materials internally
You MAY NOT:
- Modify, alter, or recreate the badge design or branding
- Imply government affiliation, endorsement, or official certification
- Use the badge to suggest complete immunity from fraud
- Claim verification status if you are enrolled in Tier 1 (self-attested only)
- Continue using the badge if your organization's standards lapse or if you withdraw from the program
4. Participant Obligations
Organizations enrolled in Workplace Shield commit to:
- Employee Education: Provide ongoing awareness training about AI-powered fraud, deepfakes, voice cloning, and phishing tactics
- Accurate Reporting: Maintain honest and transparent communication about fraud prevention efforts (self-attested for Tier 1)
- Resource Distribution: Share StopAiFraud.com materials with employees, such as fraud alerts, detection guides, and reporting instructions
- Standards Maintenance: Continue upholding employee security awareness standards commensurate with your enrolled tier level
- Good Faith Participation: Use the program authentically to improve workplace security, not merely for marketing purposes
5. Removal of Badge Rights
StopAiFraud.com reserves the right to revoke badge usage rights if:
- The organization misrepresents its tier level or verification status
- The badge is used in a misleading or fraudulent manner
- The organization fails to maintain basic security awareness standards
- The organization violates these Terms of Use
- The organization becomes subject to legal or regulatory action related to fraud or data breaches
Organizations must immediately remove all Workplace Shield branding upon notification of revocation.
6. No Endorsement or Guarantee
Workplace Shield participation does not constitute:
- An official certification, license, or regulatory compliance stamp
- An endorsement of your organization's products, services, or business practices
- A guarantee that your organization is immune to fraud or security incidents
- Legal protection or liability coverage related to fraud prevention
- A replacement for professional cybersecurity assessments or audits
StopAiFraud.com provides educational resources and awareness materials. Organizations remain responsible for implementing appropriate security controls and fraud prevention measures.
7. Intellectual Property
The Workplace Shield™ name, logo, badge designs, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of StopAiFraud.com. Enrolled organizations receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the badge in accordance with these Terms of Use.
8. Privacy and Data Usage
By enrolling, you consent to:
- Storage of organization name, domain, and contact information in our database
- Potential public listing of your organization as a participant (Tier 2+ only, with permission)
- Communication regarding program updates, new materials, and tier upgrade opportunities

9. Limitation of Liability
StopAiFraud.com and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, or security incidents that occur to participating organizations or their employees. The Workplace Shield program provides educational materials and awareness resources but does not guarantee protection from fraud.
10. Modification of Terms
StopAiFraud.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Enrolled organizations will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of Workplace Shield materials after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Withdrawal from Program
Organizations may withdraw from the Workplace Shield program at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon withdrawal, all badge usage rights are revoked and the organization must remove all Workplace Shield branding from its materials.
